Very disappointed in this service that I was initially very excited about. I’m a PA-C in Family Medicine and we do not generally using compounding pharmacies so to see Spiro+Tret was exciting for me! The shipping took a little bit… no problem. Totally understand that. I receive the pump with medicine and the pump device simply does not work. I pumped it >200 times with no success. Emailed support last night and never heard back today. I guess I will have to dispute the charge and cancel service. EDIT: they fixed the issue. Company stands behind their product!

Unfortunately my products arrived with a broken pump. About 150 pumps trying to “prime” it but no luck. Reached out to customer service and they were able to help right away!

My profile and medical information took less than 10 minutes to complete. The medication I requested was approved within a few hours and I received my medication within a few days. Would HIGHLY recommend apostrophe for all of your skin care needs!

It was like a virtual concierge, pretty easy- I am somewhat happy with the products that I did get. However, I’m not sure if my provider really listened to what I wrote. There was a reason why I would prefer not to take oral Spiralactone (I’ve tried it before- I have low blood pressure, *and* a small bladder. Being a pilot, either worsening, let alone bc of an acne med, is a bad look!) I shared this, and indicated that I would prefer topical but I got the oral, and not topical. There wasn’t explanation from my provider as to why, I’m or sure she even had that function? This is where I see the benefit of going to a dermatology office in person for a “live” consultation. I also was recommended (and it was automatically added to my cart, I had to notice & remove it) their sunscreen, which has dimethicone in as a top ingredient, which again I indicated I was allergic/sensitive to. I don’t mean to sound fussy, but you have to be self knowledgeable and self advocating. I would like to use them again, but I expected a more personalized service. I’d want some improvement before recommending to a less “skin-literate” friend or family member.

This company is a SCAM. Their treatments claim to be enough to last for 3 months, but you get one small bottle with a false bottom. The bottle is not filled from top to bottom. It has a hidden base about half way that you can't see unless you open it. They tell you not to open because they don't want you to know. After I complained about how they cheated me, they gave me a credit, which is useless, since they refused to treat me again for calling them out. Do Not Buy from this company. Once they get your money, they do not care about you! They are also rude!

Process was easy, just a few simple questions and I got my personal skincare plan. It arriv3d quickly through the mail with easy to follow instructions! I'm so excited to be acne free!
