I was excited to find this website they looked at what I needed and the Dr set a plan however, I have yet to see it ship but funny they took the money from me. Hard to see reviews of people with product when mine has not even shipped from over a week ago. Order placed 03/28/2023

The product is work wonders but the topical cream container is WAY too small to be enough for a 3 month supply

I reached out through apostrophe because an in person visit in my town is booked out almost a year out sometimes and I’ve been recently struggling with a new diagnosis of perioral dermatitis and it’s gotten to the point where I’m uncomfortable going out anymore or not wearing makeup when usually I’m the complete opposite. I received a treatment plan and response almost immediately and I’m very excited to start my treatment journey and ready to nip this issue in the bud!

Apostrophe did the best at providing me something that works for my skin and is uniquely made for me. I tried other (more expensive) products from other places but yours is by far the best! My skin glows and my acne has cleared since using your products. The customer service is great and I’m very satisfied.

Update: Since the previous review went live, Apostrophe has issued a refund for the sunscreen I never ordered. As a result I changed the review from 2-star to 4-star. Appreciate the good response. We should still be careful to check the order carefully to avoid the hassle. The consultation process is relatively straight-forward, and often you get credit (from consultation) that can be applied to prescription. What I ABSOLUTELY dislike, and think it is a bit dishonest, is they keep pushing for their sunscreen, which costs $27. I keep declining but this last time they managed to snuck it in my order. The only reason I use Apostrophe is to get the prescription medications - I have plenty of great sunscreens that suit my skin type and activities and there is no reason to pay for an over-priced sunscreen that I don't even like! Very dishonest. And stupid business practice. If they were more transparent, I would have stayed with them and keep purchasing for prescription medications. Now they made an extra $27 from me but I am going to switch to another service.

This business is a scam - they charge you for overpriced medicine without telling you it is NOT covered by insurance and the amount they give you is not adequate for the time period they are claiming to prescribe it for. Additionally it is not even a dermatologist you speak to it's a nurse, who is not qualified to make decisions on specialized health needs.
