More than 10 weeks and we still cannot get a complete status of our documents We placed our order with Apostilles.us on July 9, and by July 13 they had everything required from us to obtain new certified copies of our Ohio and Arizona birth certificates and then have those documents apostilled. On September 11, we were told that BOTH birth certificate retrievals had been completed by the respective state agencies and that the certified copies were in transit to the Apostilles.us processing office. After repeatedly requesting a specific document-by-document update, we were told that Apostilles.us was actively checking with its processing team and would provide us with the current location and stage of EACH document. We subsequently received confirmation that the Ohio certificate had been received by their processing office and submitted to the Ohio Secretary of State for apostille. However, they did not provide the date it was received or the date it was submitted, despite our specifically requesting those dates. More concerning, the update said nothing at all about the Arizona birth certificate. We followed up again asking for the missing information, including the current location and status of the Arizona certificate, and specifically asked for an answer before the weekend. We still have not received that information. We currently live in France and need these apostilled documents for French administrative purposes. After more than 10 weeks, we do not think it is unreasonable to expect Apostilles.us to be able to tell us exactly where both documents are and what stage of processing they have reached. At this point, we are asking someone at Apostilles.us with the authority to resolve this to please determine the location and status of the Arizona certificate, provide the processing dates we have requested, expedite whatever processing remains, and get both completed apostilled documents shipped to us in France as quickly as possible. We are happy to provide our order/case number privately. We hope someone will contact us promptly so this can finally be resolved, and we would be happy to update this review when it is.
