Do Not Trust the Timeline
I used this company for an FBI apostille and translation for my student visa in Spain. They gave me a window of 4-5 weeks for the time it may take. I checked in after 4 weeks and was told my documents were en route. At 5 weeks, once I contacted the company, I was told the government had changed the window to 5-7 weeks. This was disturbing as I was starting a position in Spain and needed the documents to submit my visa in time. Ultimately, I received the apostille at 7 weeks. I see that Apostille Near Me is claiming a 4 week timeline, be advised that this cannot be trusted. I did not receive any refund for the delay or recompensation for the undue stress. You can certainly find other reliable agencies for this service.

Hi Liz, Thank you for your feedback. We understand how important timing is, especially for visa-related matters. As communicated throughout your order, federal apostille timelines are controlled by government agencies and can change without notice. During your process, there were delays at the federal level that extended the standard timeframe. We remained in communication with you, provided documented updates, and expedited the return shipment as soon as your documents were completed. We always strive to deliver a smooth A-to-Z service and appreciate the opportunity to assist you. We wish you the best in Spain. Apostille Near Me
