Apostille USAReviews of apostille-usa.com

Amazing Guidance and Hassle-Free Service I had an excellent experience with Apostille-USA. I needed to get my birth certificate apostilled for use in Brazil, but I was completely confused about the process and had no idea where to start. Rugi and his team were incredibly helpful and walked me through everything step by step. They explained how to order a new certified copy of my birth certificate through VitalChek and even helped me arrange for the document to be sent directly to Apostille-USA for processing. The best part was that I never had to handle the document myself! Apostille-USA took care of the apostille process and then shipped the completed document directly to me in Brazil. The entire experience was smooth, convenient, and stress-free. I really appreciated the excellent advice, clear communication, and personal attention throughout the process. Handling official documents between countries can be confusing, but Apostille-USA made everything so much easier. I highly recommend Apostille-USA to anyone who needs an apostille, especially if you're living abroad and aren't sure how to get started. Their expertise and customer service are outstanding!

Excellent Service for Urgent Apostille Needs I had an excellent experience with Apostille-USA. I needed multiple documents from different states apostilled for use in Spain, and the process was confusing, especially with the urgency involved. I wasn’t sure where to start or exactly what was required, but Rugi and his team made a huge difference from the very beginning. Before I even moved forward with the service, they took the time to walk me through everything with consultation calls and emails, patiently answering my questions and explaining the process clearly. Their responsiveness, knowledge, and willingness to help gave me confidence that my documents were in good hands. What really stood out was the personal attention and guidance throughout the process. Coordinating apostilles for documents originating in different states can be complicated, particularly when time is limited, but Apostille-USA made everything much more manageable and less stressful. I truly appreciate their professionalism, communication, and dedication to helping clients navigate what can otherwise be an overwhelming process. I highly recommend Apostille-USA to anyone needing apostille services, especially for urgent matters involving documents from multiple states for international use. Judith

I had an excellent experience working with Rugigana. He helped me with the apostille process for my academic transcripts and diploma so they could be used in Colombia. The process was quick, efficient, and much easier than I expected. What I appreciated most was how responsive and human he was throughout the process. Even when unexpected issues came up, he was always willing to help, find a solution, and make sure everything was taken care of. He went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. I highly recommend Rugigana to anyone who needs help with an apostille or document legalization process!

I can't say enough good things about Apostille USA. From the very first free consultation, they were informative, knowledgeable, and upfront about what my situation required. That set the tone for the whole experience. Anyone who has dealt with government offices and civil agencies internationally knows how frustrating it can be. The process is slow, the communication is fragmented, and the information you get is often incomplete or flat out wrong. Having an expert guide me through every step made an enormous difference. What could have been a confusing, drawn-out ordeal became manageable and stress-free. What truly sets Apostille USA apart is the level of personal attention. I received direct support from the CEO of the company. These days, even premium brands route you through automated systems or customer service reps who can't answer basic questions. Here, I had someone who knew the process inside and out, responded quickly, and genuinely cared about getting it done right. That kind of service is almost unheard of now. If you're considering an apostille service, I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Apostille USA. They'll help you complete the process successfully and save you a lot of time and headaches along the way.

I had an international apostle required to get my green card in Brazil. There was a processing error which put the delivery of the Apostle at risk of not being completed before I flew to Brazil. I discussed this with Rugi and rushed me a state apostle over night and expedited the federal apostle. The apostle arrived 2 hours before I needed to depart to the airport for my international flight. Rugi pulled out all the stops to make it right and I greatly appreciate his efforts.

Very good service. Recommendable for any kind of quick solutions

Overall a very positive experience---I had a high urgency, high priority apostille and I live outside the US. It was nice to chat with Rugi before I booked the service to confirm which option to use, and the document arrived during the time window promised. My only suggestion would be for them to have a portal where you could check the status, or automatic updates sent so no following up is required.

Rugi and the team are professional and excellent to work with on these services. He is honest, thorough, and professional. Great communications. I would highly recommend this company.
