ApoloneReviews of apolone.com

Wildly underwhelmed. My most popular song on Spotify which has been on hundreds of playlists, was placed on one playlist using Apolone. This service amounted to exactly zero streams… emails to customer support asking for updates and results went unanswered. Don’t waste your money on this scam. **UPDATE** After finally getting a response and working with customer support they put me on a botted playlist that has been flagged by spotify. THIS IS A SCAM.

The result of my campaign; I was placed on 1 playlist without a very big following and got 33 streams a week later. I only spent $25 on what I’m guessing is a minimal effort, “mini campaign”. But I can say I get more streams from spending the same amount of money on ads. Perhaps this platform could be a part of your overall strategy. I’m in the fence. Their communication about your campaign and what to expect/what’s happening at any moment is pretty weak but they love sending tons of marketing emails.

I paid Apolone for two music promotion campaigns. After they took my payment, the experience went downhill fast. Their website was broken—I couldn’t log in, reset my password, or access any dashboard (404 errors constantly). They promised a timeline and didn’t stick to it. They ignored multiple emails until I left public reviews. Only then did I get a response, and it was full of excuses. They placed my music on a few playlists, but I suspect they were bot-driven because they disappeared shortly after—likely nuked by Spotify. I never got real promotion or curator engagement, just fluff. And then the kicker: they only offered me a “free PR article” and bonus track promotion if I removed my review. That kind of behavior says everything. I’ve filed disputes with Stripe and my bank. I wouldn’t recommend Apolone to any artist serious about their music. Updated Review: After leaving my original review, Apolone finally responded — not with real accountability, but with a generic PR reply claiming they gave a “clear explanation” and that the issue was “resolved.” Let me clarify: I reached out multiple times before the review. Got ignored. The issue wasn’t resolved until after public pressure. They offered me a “free PR article” and extra promotion only if I removed my negative review. That’s not customer service — that’s manipulation. Their reply here feels like an attempt to save face, not make things right. If they truly wanted to help, they wouldn’t have waited until Stripe and my bank got involved. Bottom line: If you're serious about your music, take your money and trust elsewhere. The way a company handles problems says everything — and Apolone only responded when their reputation was at risk.

If I could give it no stars, I would. I purchased their service and they said I had been playlisted. They sent a link and the link isn’t working or the playlist doesn’t exist. They have no verifiable way to provide proof that they have done anything. My spotify for artist shows NO new playlists in the last 7 days. Stay away, this is a Scam.

Apolone have been great from start to finish. Their team were very quick to respond and helpful throughout. I highly recommend them. 5 stars.

The results are what has made this experience great. I was skeptical. At the start of the campaign, even more so because I received a receipt for my purchase and then, seemingly, nothing happened. I reached out a few days after starting to inquire about my campaign and learned that my songs had already been added to a few playlists and getting traction. In two weeks time, my number of listeners and streams have grown significantly. I plan to re-up.

Very responsive with any questions or concerns, I highly recommend.

The way my article was prepared I can tell that the writer or writer’s took their time and understood my life story of how I started my journey into music
