Solid company with real playlists not bots

I had a solid experience working with Apolone Promotion on my recent music project. The team was professional and communicated clearly throughout the process. Jax, who assisted me directly, was responsive, supportive, and kept me updated on the progress of the campaign. As an independent artist, transparency and communication are important to me, and I appreciated the effort put into helping my music gain more exposure. The password login issue I was having was very frustrating and occurred over multiple attempts to login spanning a couple of weeks. But the resolution that Jaxon helped me to achieve solved the problem. He was very timely and provided good information that helped to address the issue. I appreciated his help.

Very prompt and thorough answer and I appreciate that very much. The bigger issue about the 11 of 12 playlists I got placed in not actually being played by anyone is a bigger question and makes me wonder about whether the campaign is worth it. We’ll have to see if that shifts. But the customer service around my question was well done.

In todays age of AI and robotics, the human experience is missing thereby resulting in stratified encounters. I love the blend this company offers and the quick turn around. Four out of five stars because even though response was prompt, holistically, the outcome could have been better.

Spotify has removed our tracks because of “bots”. Since Apolone is the promotion engine we have contacted Apolone to cease campaigns. Subsequently, Apolone responded right away. They refunded campaign fees and assured me that the campaign already underway will not be exposed to BOT volumes, because our track has been added to a well-trusted playlist. I appreciated Apolone's responsiveness.
