I've been patient and cooperative. I sent screenshots of Bank charges of my bank showing they were paid. I've explained what happened and still the problem is Not Resolved. I don't Know for sure, but something is obviously Wrong. I will make one last check of my bank account and if it has Not Been credited the two charges, I Will immediately Report to Law Investigative Agencies. If this is a Scam, then it needs to be determined by the FBI and pertinent Investigative Agencies. Unfortunately!

I very much liked the fact that your team responded in a very fast and professional manner and game me an overall product that met my expectations :) The only thing I wish I could change is the ability to be placed in guaranteed playlist placement after getting denied by certain curators. They actually verify curators and make sure playlists aren’t botted and that songs don’t get removed too quickly from the lists. The site does have issues sometimes - there was even a period when it was down for about two weeks - but they always replied to emails and questions, and I can see the platform improving over time. It’s not perfect, but overall I’ve had a really good experience and feel like the team genuinely tries to do things the right way. Definitely not a scam.

I bought a music promo package and the website said the service was down. I contacted their customer service and they told me to be patient. After another week I demanded my money back and thank goodness they did refund it. I think Apolone might be a huge scam.

I paid for a campaign for a jungle song and they put it in a playlist with a bunch of country songs. Jungle is a Jamaican electronic genre that came from UK Garage and Drum & Bass. My song did not fit in with any of the country songs they had me in a playlist with, so I didn’t really get any saves. It was disappointing. Their ai isn’t very good and honestly them using ai at all is very corny.

Had a conversation where I expressed my concerns and got real and honest feedback that was truly productive. Great customer service. Plain and simple. Went above and beyond my expectations for simply asking for an opinion about our music and what might work best in terms genres. Like, they actually listened to our music and gave an insightful opinion.
