After read some online reviews ,I ordered Apollo Neuro. I used it during my sleep , but the wave keep me alert (I did put to low intension), after 2 hours I still couldnot fall sleep,the first night I only can sleep 2-3 hours . the wave didn't make me feel relax but bothered me 。I tried the sleep mode before bed later , still didn't work,made my sleep even worse . Maybe It doesn't work for me.

The battery does not last long at all and constantly disconnects from Bluetooth. Because of this it makes me so frustrated when using it actually gives me me stress and does opposite of relaxing lol. There are just better options out there. Finally after doing more research and by all my fact check this it is NOT a true valgus nerve stimulator, as if that were the case it would need to be on ear. Look it up.

While the science of vagus nerve stimulation might be sound, the design and implementation of this product is poor. It is aimed squarely at the huge US health market, and Apple users. It does have an Android app, but it is not fit-for-purpose, despite having been available for 3+ years. It corrupts data all the time, & often fails to load sleep data the next day, and when it does load it, the data is usually inaccurate or part of it is missing. The history sometimes fails to show activity, gives wrong duration times, & activities that I didn't initiate It struggles to connect usually taking 20-30 seconds, and often fails. The Google Play store score for the Android app is 2.9 which is very poor indeed, whereas the Apple store score is 4.4 which is much better. I would not recommend the device to Android users, because it is let down so badly by the app., which is riddled with bugs that make it very unreliable & hard to use. I cannot comment on the performance of the device with the Apple app, but plan to acquire an iPhone to see if I can salvage this expensive investment! Apollo support is poor, and unable to provide ANY solutions to the Android app problems.. Update 11 Dec 2025. Using the Apple app is marginally better than the awful Android app, but it now turns out that my device is faulty, and have been waiting 3 weeks for replacement which hasn't even been shipped yet. It seems new customers take precedent over existing customers, and support just makes excuses for the repeated delays.

Total rip-off. Unstoppable software that requires to set up your device. After set-up it changes settings itself, so daily it's required to set up the device.

I used it according to all the instructions and this was honestly the most pointless purchase of my life. Robust device, bad battery, cheap plastic look of a toy from the 80s and the vibrations that the device produces, personally cause me nervousness, anxiety and distraction. I don't know where my mind went when I bought it but I managed to sell it and life immediately became more beautiful.

No noticeable effect, vibrations are weak, app glitches, battery dies quickly. Expensive and useless.

I bought 2 devices and 2 subscription for Smart Vibes, however I only received 1 code to activate the Smart Vibes. I had been back and forwards with support and they keep ignoring the fact that all I needed was a second code for the subscription that I had already paid for at checkout. To make things worst. The devices stoped working efficiently with sessions getting interrupted or vibrations fading. I requested to return the devices as I’m still under the 30 day period and they keep ignoring my request. For a device that is supposed to help you deal with stress it caused nothing but frustration.
