This is my second time using this company and it’s been a pleasure working with Juan and his team.

If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, never go with this company. They delivered the dining table to me full of scratches, even though they had a blanket in the van to wrap it. They didn't use it to protect the wooden items. They left two pieces of wood from the chest of drawers at the loading site and forgot to load them. They delivered the laundry basket broken. The driver, Manny, forced us to pay an additional fifty pounds because he believed he worked more than he should have. Although , I had already paid for the van with two men. When it came time to unload, Manny said he was tired and went to sleep, while the other man, who was very old, complained of back pain. My husband , who had a tendon strain in his hand, had to unload all the items himself. When I wrote a review for them on the AnyVan website, Manny called me and asked me to delete it so Manny could convince the company to replace all the damaged items. They requested I send my request and photos of the items via WhatsApp, but after I deleted the review and complied, they blocked me on their phone.

I scheduled the movers at 11a on Monday. They got all of our thing packed up on their truck and then waited for 3 hours in our apartment parking lot because our apartments failed to mention they had to redo the flooring before we moved into the unit. We finally just came to the decision to have them come back the following morning because the unit would actually be ready. The point of the story is, these guys are very patients and willing to work with you with whatever situation that may come up.

I have used AP Moving since 2017 and they have been my first choice with every move since! They just moved my daughter to her new home and as always, were very professional and courteous. They don’t take breaks while working, they make sure to provide care with your things and their quick! I can’t give enough stars… if you want a smooth move AP Moving is the best choice!

AP Moving moved me from a storage unit to my rental home in December 2023. I was extremely impressed with Benny and the other two movers! They were professional, hard-working, and worked quickly but carefully. In addition, their rates were very competitive. I am now moving from my rental home to a home I purchased, and I've already booked AP Moving! Juan has been great to work with, and I would not hesitate to recommend AP to anyone needing a mover. One note to those moving: I highly recommend booking 3 movers instead of just 2, especially if you're moving to or from a location that is not on the ground floor. I learned the hard way that this is a much more efficient choice!
