Caroline Richardson was very friendly, knowledgeable and helped our employees learn how to effectively work with the Financial Diagnostics area in Appfolio and all the questions we had. Caroline Richardson is a asset to APM help.

The company has been great to work with. They are quick to make updates or process bills. Helpful when explaining statements with very detailed explanations. They include snip its of ledger charges or processed bills which is super helpful when looking at a glance. Fiona is our direct contact and is always there to help! We really cherish our business relationship with APM.

APM, and Fiona have been wonderful to work with. To be honest the start was a transition since we were used to having an in house accounting department. So getting used to how things were done took some time for the team. But once we got Fiona and she was dedicated to our team, it now feels like we have an in house accountant again. Fiona is very responsive and completes tasks very quickly. She is very helpful when questions are asked and provides detailed explanations. I would highly recommend APM to other companies.
