I first started with APM Help and then was hit with a DRE Audit. Alex, was amazing in communication with the Auditor and we passed the Audit. So grateful. Then along comes Lindsey D. I was afraid at first that I was being "handed off", but Lindsey has been amazing. Everytime I call with a urgent issues she gets back to me quickly. She listens and even thinks of create ways to work better and smarter. I couldn't be in this profession with out knowing that my trust account is always reconciled and acurate and Lindsey makes sure that happens. Lastly, a shout out to David, it was because of him and his knowledge of our software that I made the move to APM.

Joah is very knowledgeable, helpful and quick to respond. He is courteous and polite. Very, very rarely is he unable to answer any issue but will always find the answer in a short time. Our experience with APM is based on our relationship with Joah and we have no complaints!

Jack helped cleaning our books. I felt so good afterwards. The best way I could describe the feeling is it was like hiking for 6 months on the Pacific Coast Trail and then finally taking your first shower.

Salina is the absolute best. Even with her hectic schedule she still finds time to answer questions or take care of issues we are having with tenant accounts. She always has a smile and kind words when we communicate. Could not have asked for a better person to work with!
