Had a great experience all around. I moved from CA- Fl. Chris , Micha and Paul were all very professional. Someone was always available to answer any questions. Customer service was great. The movers were very polite and professional on moving day. They did everything I was promised when I signed my contract. I recommend this company to everyone that wants a stress free move. 5 stars for sure

Amazing experience with the whole crew! Chris was a pleasure to speak with and he was so organized which really helped me out. We moved from Orlando, fl to Pottstown, Pa and it was stressful to pick up and move that far but these guys made everything smooth! They showed up when they told me they would be there and packed our items. The price I was estimated for this move was accurate. 10/10 would use again!

I went with this company for my move from Rochester New York all the way to Ocala Florida and had the best experience. Frequent updates, everything in tact when I received it, and great customer service. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting to make their moving process quick and efficient.

I can't say enough good things about A Plus Moving and Storage. We moved from Miami, FL to East Stroudsburg, PA and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Our foreman Chris was outstanding — professional, organized, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. His crew wrapped every piece of furniture properly, made sure all of our TVs were protected, and put mattress bags on everything before it went near the truck. Nothing was rushed and nothing was treated carelessly. The delivery took 5 days which was completely expected for that distance, and Chris kept us updated throughout so we were never left wondering where our stuff was. When the truck arrived in East Stroudsburg, everything came off exactly the way it went on — not a scratch, not a dent, not a single broken item. Our total came to $9,432.12 which was fair for a full-service long-distance move of this size. No surprise charges, no games — just honest pricing and a job done right. If you're planning a move and want a company that actually takes care of your belongings and treats you like a person, call A Plus Moving and Storage and ask for Chris.

This company is such a scam. Was told my furniture would arrive in 7-14 days, it's been 25 business days and STILL has not arrived. When I called to get an update with dispatch the woman was so rude and told us she can't guarantee a delivery date. I've spent over a MONTH without furniture. They charged me $1100 more upon pick up and drop off, and it's ended up the worst experience ever. DO NOT use this company.

This company is a complete scam! First, the sales person lied about the items on the estimate, and only after I produced the recording of the call did they honor the estimate they provided. This company also lied across three calls, saying that they were indeed not a broker (shocker they are a broker). The Office staff Michelle was extremely rude when dealing with her day of the move after they tried to call us into paying an after they tried to call us into paying an extra $1500. They broke two tvs, an espresso machine and several paintings. Learn a lesson from us and stay as far away as possible from this company.

This is the worst moving company!! They lost a 1/4 of my stuff from my move from Illinois to Texas. I had them pick up and store the bulk of my items till my house sold then they picked up the remaining items. They got to Texas sooner than planned and i was still in Illinois so no one was here to check in delivery. No paperwork was left for me ?? Driver said it was all turned into the company. I have asked sent e mails requesting copies of what was shipped and delivered to match up w what was taken from Illinois. NOTHING from them!!! I keep being told oh ok I’ll get it and send to you! Still nothing this has been going on since November !!!! This was over 5,000. Plus storage fee’s and this is how they care about their customers Yes i filed a claim but its less than pennies on the dollar ! The hoops you have to jump through! HOW DO YOU LOSE SO MUCH STUFF! Family heirlooms that can;t be replaced !!! It’s heartbreaking and they don’t care !!!!

My experience with A Plus Moving and Storage was very disappointing. The company initially gave me an estimate of approximately $5,000 based on the inventory list I provided. I accepted that estimate and paid the required deposit. Only after my deposit had been processed was I asked to complete a detailed video walkthrough of all of my belongings. After reviewing the video, the company increased the total cost of my move to approximately $8,500. I understand that pricing can change if the inventory changes. However, I believe customers should receive the detailed inventory review before being asked to pay a deposit. In my case, I only learned the actual cost after I had already made a financial commitment. What concerned me the most is that by the time the company informed me of the higher price, the 72-hour period to request a refund of my deposit had already expired. This meant I had no opportunity to cancel after learning the actual price without losing my deposit. Because I could not afford the increased cost, I canceled the move. A Plus Moving and Storage refused to refund my deposit. I hope the company changes this process so future customers know the actual price before paying a deposit.
