I apologize that the lot did not have precisely what you were looking for in terms of countries included. Were you able to look at the scans prior to buying? As this lot had over 150 scans there should have been a nice representation of countries included for you to view. If you would like, please feel free to call or email in the future if you would like a more precise description of a lot. Thanks.

Thanks for posting your comments and we are glad you have always been pleased with our lots. Let me explain....the lot you purchased - stock #417973, a United States collection - was new to our inventory. We do not generally keep new inventory (added within the last 30 days or so) in our higher discount sales. The lot was added on November 8th and you bought the lot that same day. So, even though we had a 70% off sale shortly thereafter, the lot you bought would not have been included in that particular sale. I hope this clears up your frustration.
