Project transferred externally when needed
Rapid response: Mark called me within 15 minutes of my Thumbtack post to install a security certicate onto my transferred domain. Started immediately. Project focussed. Also offered unrelated SEO services. They requested and I gave full password access to relevant accounts. Continuity of care: Steve followed up overnight. Escalation of the project when required: domain.com solved the problem quickly and easily. Polite and attentive. Value: small project $50 that took 3 days.
