Hi, Sorry you have been having those thoughts about our business. If you had a poor experience with a particular rep, we would like to hear about it to take appropriate action. We get very little complaints, but when we do we like to address it so it does not happen again. The frequency of the validation with the medical rep for California customers is once every 6 months if all is consistent. California poses these checks on us compared to a once a year check for the rest of the country. If you like, feel free to call Kyle, the sales manager directly at extension 735.
