Bloody awful I have great concerns getting my Mounjaro through this organisation. They just don’t seem to be tracking my file at all. I have to call them up and remind them all the time to send Mounjaro out and often it’s days and days late if I don’t call up. God knows how long I would have to wait. You are told one thing and then they do another Seems like complete chaos at that organisation. I’m currently investigating whether I can transfer through DVA my provider because they are really concerning.

The service was good and convenient when I started as a customer years ago. However Rx prices have escalated out of control. Thanks for providing a coupon to help offset these rising costs. Great!

overall my experience was ok. could be better for a returning customer. had to make more than one phone call to company to verify order. very frustrating!

I enjoy that I can cut the 20mg dosage in half and extend the usage. the only negative thing is that the pills are too expensive.

The length of the interview requires patience but they are thorough and that is a really good thing. I hung up thinking the system was designed to be secure. So, all in all, I was very satisfied knowing the next time it will be much smoother.
