Was Helpful...UPDATE: SCAM ALERT
SCAM ALERT.....IN MAY 19 2026 Jodi was very helpful, professional, and very friendly. She really helped us alot. Jodi ensured that our refinancing process went through smoothly, not only to save on our monthly payments, but to save on our auto insurance....UPDATE: June 23, 2026...My wife and I had an appointment set up for today to credit and refinancing options that was availableto us. Nobody ever called us. We tried calling Apex and a guy(Abraham) said that the phone number was down for refinancing and that he would message them. Last month we were charged twice, Which was strange. Apex told us that the payment would go toward the next month. We never received a welcome package. This is a big SCAM...
