Told me to send a specific amount of money. I sent it, never refinanced my car. They scammed me and I hope they don’t scam nobody else.

Scam Alert!!! Apex auto solution is scam,mattew is a sweet talker and a lier,AJ stands as the manager,i never trusted apex auto amd made sure i confirm they are scam,they contacted me to lie to me over good offer on my loan and that the cover front to back bomber on my car porsche macan S ..i have been paying monthly and when i need oil change n brake change they played me,made appointment with porsche for me to beleive they are real,on taking my car to porsche they said oil change is 550usd,apex said its 55usd they can pay,porsche told them mh breakes n routers is 5025usd apex said they can only pay 130usd..my car was not fixed and i picked up my car just as i took it to the dealer...be carfull apex auto solution is scam..they will take your money each month..when its time to fix your car thats when you will know you are dealing with scam...mattew is really a sweet lier that is good in this scam

Hello Mr. Jovi we are really upset that you have made it very hard to help you. We are the best 5 star rated Financial Solutions company in America. We go over the top for our customers. But when a customer first of all uses explicit language and insults our agents. We cannot move forward with any customer no matter how much they have paid us. We have offered to reset your appointment in which your FULL oil change would be paid for and your FULL brake pad exchange would be paid for as well. You responded calling us a scam and made it intolerable to work together. Apex then offered to give you a FULL REFUND in which you did not respond and we could not move forward. I hope you decide to answer a text or a call so we can make you happy. But this definitely doesn't help us help you. WE HELP PEOPLE we do not scam people! We actually wipe out any companies that ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE.

I WORKED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT AND CREATED PAYROLL STATEMENTS FOR MATTHEW CORREY EVERY PHONE CALL WAS AN EMPLOYEE INQUIRING ABOUT THERE PAYCHECK OR AN UPSET CUSTOMER NOT ABLE TO USE THEIR WARRANTY SERVICES THEY PAID FOR. I AM STILL WAITING ON A LOUSY $400. I WAS NEVER PAID ONCE, AFTER REPORTING PAYROLL TO BUSINESS OWNER HE NEVER ACTUALLY PAID ANY CSRS OR SALES AGENTS EVERY 3 WEEKS THE ROSTER WOULD CHANGE AS PEOPLE WOULD CATCH ON AND QUIT THE PHONE CALLS NEVER STOPPED ABOUT EMPLOYEES NOT GETTING THEIR PAY MATTHEW COREY WILL GIVE YOU THE RUNAROUND ABOUT YOUR PAYCHECK. FOR EVERY CONTRACT YOU SELL YOU MAKE $50 DOLLARS BUT IF THAT CUSTOMER DOESN’T MAKE THEIR SECOND PAYMENT THE COMPANY CHARGES YOU THE $50 DOLLARS BACK WELL NONE OF THAT MATTERS BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT EVEN GET PAID!! THE COMPANY USES SALES PEOPLE TO SELL OFF THE CONTRACTS/WARRANTIES BUT DONT EVER HAVE TO USE THE WARRANTY BECAUSE THAT IS WHEN YOUR GIVEN THE RUNAROUND . HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS LATER YOU WILL BE TOLD AN EXCUSE ON WHY THEY CANT PERFORM THE SERVICES ON YOUR CAR SO MANY IRATE CUSTOMERS CALLING COMPANY A SCAM ONCE THEY WEREN’T ABLE TO USE THEIR WARRANTY.
