This in response to Sesley smith’s comments she got fired because she wrote in a company chat how I was asking the wrong questions and I was a screwup and bc of my incompetent was gonna get her fired I was in tears quit the company and the owner everyday was telling me come home we are both disabled and Matt welcomes people who are disabled to work from him he is the nicest person I’ve ever worked for in 30 years.

Sesly it was this was a poor choice because we all would of given you good reference . Now we couldn't do that good luck in life! Miss Jennifer was amazing, very professional and perfect on the phone, I have been called 10 times a day from your company and half the time I can’t understand the person because of there accent or whatever. Miss Jennifer was very professional and could understand her . I even told her she is the reason I am giving her my time . She is def a value to the company and knows her job, I am very glad I received her call. She should be given a raise or paid exceptionally for the job she does . I know it’s not an easy job but she was great

What made my experience? Well, first Mrs. Lisa was amazing she was kind, patient, understanding and stayed on the phone with me guiding and explaining everything to me with my warranty people, and made sure I knew everything and understood everything before disconnecting the call and Mrs. Carla was very outgoing , respectful , and explained everything to me about my meeting with everyone , and if I had any questions she answered them kindly! , great service!
