I have never been so fed up! I signed up for apartment list because I was having a very hard time finding apartments that suited my specific needs and I figured I would give it a try. Soon after joining and not indicating ANY interest in ANY apartments at all, I get SPAM emailed by dozens of apartments that do not fill my criteria at all asking fi I want a tour etc. and it could not waste my time more. Not only did apartmentlist not help me find what I wanted but all the places I don't want keep reaching out to me (5+ emails PER apartment) and these emails are stated in a way that guilt you into feeling like you need to respond although they had no right to email you in the first place. DO NOT signup

Web site looks nice but never populates with listings. Other reviews seem to indicate that I'll be pestered.

Nothing is good about this website. It is glitchy and doesnt generate any apartment leads. Lose my contact.

They'll send you endless spam without verifying the email address but you must log into the account you never made before you can unsubscribe. Edit: I'm not emailing you to unsubscribe. It is your legal obligation to provide a working unsubscribe link in all marketing emails.

When this company gets hold of your email address they're almost impossible to get rid of. I live in the UK and have not signed up to rent or buy with this company in the US. This is the second time that they've got hold of my email address even though I've not expressed an interest in their company. I've spammed them but it now means that my spam box just fills up with emails from them. They're like dog mess on your shoe, difficult to get rid of. So every day I'll give them the lowest rating until they take me off their mailing list.

Been using this service for several weeks. I have time to find one but this is some of the WORST information ever. Three apartments e-mailed to say they would set up apointments. None did. A fourth one set up one only to cancel the very next day. As for my searches, I set up about five zip codes in a general area with a range of rent needing to be paid. The price ranges I get are well OVER my range or in areas I don't even want to be near much less in my requested area. Using apartmentlist.com takes much more time than I need to spend with it. I'm sure there's better sources. I'm hoping to find one.

I am not happy with the site. Everytime I receive a email or alert it never has what I am looking for such as location, pricing etc. Hopefully it improves as I really need a new home.

You only sent me apartments over my price range.
