Hi Rob! I'm sorry you haven't enjoyed your Apartment List experience. When you like properties, if it was a good match on both ends, we let you know via a prompt that asked if you would like to be connected to that property. If you select "Ok, Thanks" on that prompt , that is why you are receiving emails from some of the properties that you viewed. Since those emails don't come from us, you will have to unsubscribe from those directly with those properties. Thank you!

Hi Trinnice! As each individual property differs in its policies and what it does or does not accept in terms of housing programs, the best thing to do is to reach out to the property directly. You can send them a message by clicking on the message button at the top of the listing or access their number by clicking the phone icon.

Hi, I understand you’ve received some listings that are outside of your preferred location. We create different categories of matches, some of which broaden the location of your search in order to provide more options for you. You can skip those categories entirely or just click the “thumbs down” button on those listings.

Hi Cathy, I'm sorry you didn't have the best experience using our platform but we appreciate your honest feedback and review. We create different categories of matches, some of which broaden the budget of your search in order to provide more options for you. We also totally understand not being able to flex beyond your budget so you can skip those categories entirely or just click the “thumbs down” button on those listings. They’ll be moved to your “not for me” category. We hope you will give us another chance to help with your apartment search.
