We hear you: it sounds like our “SuperMatch” feature did its job a little too well! It’s designed to help renters connect quickly with apartments that are a strong fit, but we know it can sometimes feel like more contact than expected. I've shared your experience with our product team, and we'll work on addressing your feedback. -Melissa, Customer Experience

Hi Bunnie! Thank you for taking the time to review. At Apartment List, we aim to help renters find homes they love, and we sometimes expand match criteria like location and budget to ensure you see a broader range of property options. That said, we know relevance matters and appreciate you flagging this. To clarify, Apartment List never mines or sells data. Contact details are shared with properties when you engage with listings, such as clicking “love is in the air," in line with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We’re always working to make these processes more transparent and will share your concerns with our team. 💜

Hi there, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Apartment List is designed as a rental matchmaker to make your apartment search easier. We totally get how frustrating it can feel when matches don’t align with your price or location: our app occasionally expands search categories to show you more potential options, and you can skip or thumbs down those listings to help train your matches. That said, I’ll pass your feedback to our product team, as improving for renters like you is a top priority! –Melissa, Customer Experience
