It's really annoying just trying to get to a map view of my state or a list of available apartments in the state without going through a whole questionnaire process. I just want to browse around and see what's available and decide for myself what would be a good fit, I don't want to answer all these questions and be given limited options that don't relate to my needs. If I'm looking for specifics, like pets or onsite laundry, then I'd rather choose them from a clear concise list rather than individual questions that pop up like a Buzzfeed quiz and waste my time.

Hello, I have tried on many occasions to schedule an tour / appointment at two locations in San Antonio (Alamo Heights and Amberton) but to NO avail. I have left voice messages and also used the calendar to setup a visit / tour / appointment. I have to date received no response. I am planning to visit San Antonio during the 3rd week of February to view the apartments and decide. I am currently in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico on vacation.
