That said, we do partner with data providers for smaller units across the country and while we perform basic data validation for these properties, we rely on those partners to verify the accuracy of their listings. Hi Lynette, Thank you for your feedback. We do recognize that a lot of our trusted multifamily partners do have listings that are not as affordable as some single unit homes. We partner with with data providers for smaller units across the country in order to combat this issue, but it is something we are working on. We appreciate your feedback! At Apartment List we’ve created different categories of matches, some of which broaden the location of your search or flex within your budget or amenity preferences in order to provide more options for you. If you find that some properties you’re matched with are too far outside your preferences, you can skip those categories entirely or just click the “thumbs down” button on those listings. They’ll be moved to your “not for me” category. That said, I will pass your feedback along to our product team as we are always looking to improve our product!
