My paper was not written correctly and when I asked for a revision, they attempted to charge me $62 to revise it. I cannot turn my paper in so therefore I lost my money. They also weren’t willing to find a resolution that I am satisfied with. I will no longer do business with a company who treats their clients this way. This was just unfair and I can’t believe this happened to me. I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service.
