I am very pleased with my purchase! I originally ordered the Jackie bike but when it kept getting delayed over several months because of supply shortages, the team reached out to me and offered me a free upgrade to a different bike. I couldn’t be happier with my Frida Limited! It’s adorable, comfortable, and well made. The company was very helpful throughout the process😊

I love my new A/O Maya bike. It’s perfect for tooling around my neighborhood, and it’ll be great if I ever ride on more hilly terrain or bike commute to work. I was able to assemble it myself, though the diagram for the first steps showed the handlebars attached—they were not. Tech support went to voicemail, so I figured it out on my own. With brake and gear cables, it was a little tricky. When I was ready to ride, some gears were noisy, and I chose not to work on them myself. A bike mechanic spent over an hour tuning it all up. He said that some noise may be inevitable because of the chainwheel design (all one piece) and suggested that I could change that part if/when I wear out my chain. But it’s all good for now—so happy to have a new “upright” bike after years on hand-me-down mountain and road bikes.

Ok my bike "FRIDA" is the cutest thing ever! I got is during quarantine and have get non stop compliments on it when I'm riding thru my neighborhood especially since I put a dog basket on the back end of my bike. Putting it together was a little confusing I had my brother do it while supervised of course. 10/10Would definitely recommend this bike

I love the look of the Maya 21 speed! It has a beach bike feel but allows you to do so much more than casual riding. Set up was fairly easy. I would say it took me around an hour to have the bike fully set up. I would recommend having a partner to help you. There is no way I would have been able to set it up on my own. I did have an issue with the front fender being dented in shipping, but their customer service was on top of things and was more than happy to fix the problem. Just a word about their customer service. They have a lot of knowledge, and it seemed like they had someone there to help with any part of the bike set up. I really appreciated that. As far as the ride, I can give you my own personal opinion but know that I am not a bike enthusiast. I ride bikes for fun, and I look for a bike that will be easy for me to ride because I’m short, and bikes always seem too big for me. This bike was really easy to adjust to my height. I am 5’1”, and after some adjustments, I felt this bike was perfect for my height. Riding was very smooth, and it was really easy to switch from gear to gear. It didn’t take very long for me to get the hang of it. The seat is really comfortable and wide like a beach bike, so it was nice to ride around town and not feel like the seat was digging into my butt. Overall I am happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this bike.

Lovely bike. Other than some assembly difficulties which have been addressed, very happy with it. Just the right bicycle for a senior citizen getting her wheels back. Quality gears and brakes. Nice color. And of course we call her Frida!

I love my new A/O Bike. I'm not an experienced biker, so I was looking for something very user friendly. I now bike almost every day with my A/O bike. The set up was pretty straightforward. There was a video online that also showed step by step directions on how to build it. Shipping did take longer than expected.

I purchased a Maya Bicycle from A/O in May. It took a month and arrived on my birthday (perfect!!). The bike is soo cute and perfect for me. The seat is wide and comfy for a mature woman. I can ride for quite a while because the ride is smooth. Love it!! BJW

The online bicycle quiz was accurate in selecting bike options for me and my preferences. It arrived much sooner than anticipated, assembly was simple, instructions were clear. I had one mishap (operator error) with assembly and their support team was able to tell me how to fix it with just a photograph. Great experience.
