Best customer service. Super prompt! I would definitely recommend them. And also I will buy again! Wonderful bike! Now I know what other shoppers have been raving about in those reviews! I love my Rosa bike! The color is just too good! I have already turned a few heads in my community on my first ride!

I love my new A/O bicycle! It's lightweight, ridiculously stylish, and most importantly, the ride is super smooth. This bike is extremely well built and rides as such. Could not recommend these bikes more highly.

I am obsessed with my new A/O bicycle! I love the color and the minute details on the seat, the brass logo on the front and the handlebars! I was so impressed with how easy it was to put it together too! This bike has made a huge shift in my lifestyle as well. I've been going on sunset bike rides throughout the quarantine (the perfect social distance activity) and I get a ton of compliments on the bike. I ride all through downtown la and central la and the bike handles really well throughout the city!

I received the Frida for my birthday and love it! It is cute, comfortable, and was easy to assemble. It is of good quality as well. I look forward to riding now knowing I won't have a sore back!

I took the quiz, and the Frida showed up as a recommendation. This bike is of great quality. It rides very nice, feels super comfortable and went together smoothly. I have been loving this bike so far. I'm not a knowledgeable bicycler, so I read some reviews trying to find that sweet spot of quality, but not overpaying for a name or anything like that. I didn't want the cheapest thing that would break down over time. One of the reviews led me to this bike and I'm grateful for it. The bike looks great to me. The seat is very comfortable. I've rode on smaller seats in the not too distant past that were a literal pain in the ass. This one has been no problem. The company has a very great warranty what I can tell, which has given me even more confidence in the bike. Extremely happy with my purchase and would recommend.

I love it, the seat is nice and big and the speed is good, I totally recommend, I’m totally planing to get another one for my cousin and sister!!🥰

I absolutely love my Rosa bike. Beautiful! I have ridden all along trails in the woods rated *easy and all over the roads in downtown Richmond, Va and am having a blast. The gears shift easily and the bike is a comfortable fit. I’m so happy!

I really like my new bike. Like many others, I was searching for a bike during the pandemic and most sites were sold out. I ordered the Rosa and was given a ship date of mid-August but it shipped immediately and I had my bike within a week. The bike came packaged well with no damage, the instructions could have been clearer but I was able to make it through and assemble the bike despite not being very handy. The ride is very smooth and I love my new bike!
