I absolutely adore my new best bike ,the Jackie O Bike as I call her. She rides and handles like a dream. Your website was extremely helpful as to my needs in a bike. I plan to ride her right off into the sunset one day. But not for a long time! So proud to be an owner of a A/O bike made right here in the USA.

Ordered two of the Audrey: both bikes are beautiful and work like a dream! Having a great time cruising about town. Never assembled a bike before, and felt the instructions could be a bit clearer. But with a little time, the bikes came together and work great, no problem!

I am so glad we went with AO! Their customer service was great throughout the entire process, the bike was easy to assemble, super comfortable to ride, and is so cute! Love taking my one year old on bike rides through the neighborhood! I would definitely recommend

I love my new Serena! It took a labor of love to put it together, but it was well worth it and makes be feel like I know my bike better, in case I need to troubleshoot on the trail. It looks flashy, accessorizes nicely, and just overall makes me feel happy! The lifetime warranty is also a huge plus. Customer service was friendly and timely with email communication regarding shipping and order updates. This bike brings joy. Love it!

The A/O Serena Bike was just what I was looking for in a bike! I have been riding a one-speed beach cruiser for the last couple of years and was looking for something that had a little more speed, but was still stylish like my old bike. The Serena does just that! I can zip around my city in style and the bike is super comfortable to ride. I feel like I could ride for hours on it. Being that it is so hard to find a bike right now due to the pandemic, this was great that they allowed pre-order with accurate shipping dates. It arrived right on time and I was able to take it over to my local bike shop to get it assembled. Would definitely recommend A/O, especially the Serena, for those who are looking for a stylish, comfortable commuter bike.

I love my A/O Frida bike! It is the prettiest color, has the most comfortable seat, and rides so smooth! It is by far the best bike I have ever owned. I will be buying one for my mom for Christmas. 5 stars all around.

I am 66 years old and had total knee replacement, however I am not not at all ready to give up physical activity. I researched what would be the best bike for me and by far came up with the Jackie. I am so happy with it! It is my forever bike. It rides smoothly, easy to get on and off. So much fun! Rachel

My bike arrived earlier than expected! It was easy to assemble and rides beautifully! I get so many compliments on the pretty lavender color too!
