Very happy with this purchase. My hybrid bike is very comfortable, have a great suspension and rides smoothly. I live in Miami and after a few months hasn’t rusted at all, what has been a great surprise. Its in perfect condition. I use it a lot and do a long rides, including some trails and always performs perfect.

I have not ridden a bike in 15 years, and this bike is perfect! I have just been riding around my neighborhood with my kids and the 1-speed is great for that. The bike is super cute, and assembly was pretty easy.

I love this bike. It was not at all difficult to put together. Great purchase. I can't wait for warmer weather.

I purchased my Maya bike last summer, and although I had to wait about six weeks to get her, it was worth the wait! I use my bike as a commuter too and from school (about five miles each way) and take her for trips on local trails on the weekend. This is the first bike I’ve had since I was a kid, and I’m loving it so much!

This review is solely based on customer service. I have to say I’m quite impressed by the promptness of their response to my questions. I pre-ordered the Maya, which is supposed to come end of January 2021 (around the time of my bday so it’ll be a nice gift to myself 🤗). Will update my review when I get my bike!

A/O Women's Amelia Single Speed Beach Cruiser Bicycle - Lavender My adult daughter is 5’1” and we were so excited to find a bicycle to fit her small size - and the gorgeous lavender color was a bonus! She loves her new beach cruiser and we have enjoyed many rides through the neighborhood together. Customer service has been great and assembly was a breeze. I highly recommend!

This is a great looking bike with a comfortable fit and ride. The styling is cool and casual, perfect for family rides on paved trails. I would highly recommend!

I'd been searching for my ideal bike for months and nearly gave up when Covid hit. Finally I found the perfect bike that met ALL my requirements, even though I was unsure about putting it together myself. Even with Covid, my bike arrived in under a week exactly as described. It might actually be more beautiful in person. I had no trouble at all putting it together and felt confident riding it immediately. When I couldn't find the serial number, the A/O team responded to my email nearly immediately. I could not recommend this bicycle more. I love her so much! Thank you A/O!
