I had a terrible time getting the front v brakes right. Other than that, the assembly was fine. I wish I could have gotten a different color than green. It fits my needs perfectly though. I am excited to go on a few adventures with it.

Love the bike....missing the piece that holds the front wheel on...hope it’s here soon.

My wife loves her new bike. She likes it so much we let our friends daughter ride so she could convince her parents to buy her one. I did have some issues assembling the rear fender. it seemed to not fit as it was rubbing the tire when rolling. The back wheel may need to be trued also. After a little massaging and bending/ shaping the fender fits and isn't rubbing now. I give it a rating of 4 stars only because we tried to contact technical support via phone and email and we were unable to talk with anyone.Other than that very happy with the purchase.

I got the Audrey; idk if I set it up wrong or what but its tough peddling up a slight incline on the curb on 1 or 3. I can only imagine what itll be like up one of the many steep hills in this city. it was advertised as being sufficient enough for "hills for days"...I hope I can figure out the issue as I really want to love this bike. Update: I took it to the bike repair shop and they tweaked it a bit. It rides a lot better now. I havent gone up any hills yet but the incline onto a curb is wayyy better. The bike is great but the instructions leave more to be desired. I still recommend this company nonetheless.

Bike is great but communication was not.

Ordered the Audrey. Arrived on time and undamaged in shipping, a big plus. Once assembled, she's beautiful! And much easier to ride than the clunker I previously never rode (too heavy, tires too wide, uncomfortable and so on). BUT: assembly was not the walk in the park your website claims. I could never have put her together by myself, needed two sets of hands several times. The assembly manual was confusing for some steps, and the illustrations were difficult to decipher for others. Maybe a video would have been better. That said, I had a person knowledgeable about bikes to help me and I would encourage your future owners to find someone who knows bikes to assist. Would give 5 stars but for the assembly hurdles. Also, more accessories, please! Like a selection of beautiful baskets.

I love my new bike. There were a few small items left out of the instructions. I did figure it out, but I had to undo some stuff to go back to that step, if that makes sense. I don’t know all the names of the parts, otherwise I would expand on that. I am just wondering if the instructions are for multiple models, which is a bit frustrating. I only took off one star for it because once I got the bike assembled, I had a great first ride! Just a few miles so far, but so far no complaints! The bike is ADORABLE, which was the main selling point :) and it works, so I’m happy. Would just like to buy some accessories whenever they are in stock!
