I’m working with AOTax for filing since one month their portal has technical issues and doesn’t open any of the files for signature and download. They have collected the filing fees since then no proper response or call.They’re a bunch of jokers sitting in offshore who doesn’t understand the seriousness of the job they are doing.Their call center has attendees who have no knowledge of the questions related to tax and they say some one would call in 24 hours.

I Sold my house in Maine for which there was a 2.5% withhold which I should get it back with REW form 1-1040. Inspite of feeding information multiple times, they just want to fill boxes. Later on hired a proper tax preparer and filed my taxes. I have used AO TAX from 2013 and for the last 3 years, their quality of service has come down drastically. No one checks the messages before replying and no accountability. Do not use them unless you want to verify each and everything and follow up with multiple people who have the slightest of idea on your ticket. I would not be using them anymore. Done with them!

Very worst service. They will keep follow you and respond you properly until you make payment. Once you make payment, they will not provide proper responses. I have made payment on Jan month, still my tax is not filled, they are saying they have filled extension already.

No one in this company knows what they are doing. I was dragged into working with them for my taxes. Working with them is a strong statement because none of these people are working or I think even capable of working. Truly awful customer service. I have never felt this kind of rage before, but if you feel like unlocking new heights of wrath in your mind then feel free to use AOTax. Paying the invoice is all that matters to them. They'll do anything to squeeze money out of you without providing any sane explanations for your taxes or what procedures they are going to follow. After you pay the invoice, you do not matter to them. It's always "let me talk to my senior" or "we will call back in 24 hours." They do not pick up calls or give calls back when they say they will. Absolutely unacceptable that this is a real business that is allowed to run. Not to mention the user interface of the tax website is terrible and inefficient. From the looks of it, no one in the company knows what the website looks like. If anyone from AOTax is reading this, please get out of this ship and do something meaningful with your life, I promise there is more out there. You could become a teacher, an artist, or maybe even get a meaningful office job. You just need to put your mind to it. You could even become a tax agent. You just need to study a bit harder. At least learn what taxes are and what's written on all the different forms. Also maybe learn how customer service works and how to direct a conversation and get back to clients on time. I promise its not hard to do something good with your life. We all die some day, please remember that before you proceed to waste another poor soul's life and money and sanity. Thank you.

Very Bad Customer service they will call you left and right to go with AO Tax for tax filing. You will regret if you go with them. I have been trying to reach to consultant for last 3 days to make payment to IRS...

I had a very bad experience with AO tax specially for business tax estimations and strategies. Don’t believe AO tax marketing people and business tax consultant. They asked me to pay money in advance after paying they didnt provide the service what they promised me and didn’t respond to our questions. Really really worst service andi don’t recommend AO tax.

I have been filing the tax from AO tax since 2017 and this was the first time when I owed the IRS amount and followed the instructions that AO tax provided but I still paid interest/penalties and you guys are not taking any responsibility for it.
