I have been filing my taxes with AOTaxes for more than 5 years and every year my experience gets better with them. They have a team of dedicated professionals who are very diligent and knowledgeable. My this year filing experience has been really exceptional with Ms Priya, where she had not only answered all my questions but helped me re-review my previous years filings as well.

Overall experience is good, but the agent Sumanth really helped me to understand and worked with back end team to get the document quickly. I strongly recommend Sumanth as agent from AOTAX..

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Chandrakiran. This tax season had me stressed out, and I walked in expecting the usual confusion and back‑and‑forth. Instead, I ended up working with someone who was calm, patient, and genuinely kind throughout the whole process. What I appreciated most was how he never made me feel rushed or embarrassed about my questions. He explained everything in such a simple, friendly way that I actually felt confident about what I was doing. Every time I needed clarification, he was right there with a clear answer and a reassuring tone. The whole experience felt smooth, organized, and surprisingly stress free. It really felt like he cared about getting things right for me, not just finishing the job quickly. I am truly grateful for his help this year. I would absolutely go back to him again, and I would recommend Chandrakiran to anyone who wants a tax consultant who is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely supportive.
