Pricing seems fair. I liked the try on feature. Would have liked all frames to have the option of being prescription sunglasses.

Thank you for your valuable feedback! 😊 We’re glad you find our pricing fair and enjoyed our try-on feature. We really appreciate your suggestion to add prescription sunglasses options for all frames, and we’ll pass this along to our product team for future improvements. Enjoy your new glasses!

A lovely range of frames to choose from, and the quality is top notch. A single prescription is alot cheaper than ordering a pair of reading glasses, even with the discounts. It never used to be so expensive, so they lose a star for that. They are still better than a high street optician, but when money is tight, it would be nice to treat myself to a pair of bifocals without it costing the earth.

Thank you so much for your detailed and honest review! We’re absolutely delighted you love our wide frame selection and are impressed with our top-tier quality. We truly understand your point about prescription and bifocal pricing, and we sincerely appreciate your fair feedback on this. We know costs add up, especially with tailored lenses like bifocals, and we’re always working to adjust pricing, offers and discounts to make custom eyewear more affordable for everyone. We greatly value your support, and we’re grateful we can offer a more budget-friendly alternative to high street opticians. Thanks again for sharing your experience—we’ll keep striving to improve! 😊

Smooth to order.just dont like the payment increase foe 11 dollar glasses to final bill $118
Response from AooliaApr 20, 2026
Thank you so much for your feedback! We’re glad the ordering process was smooth for you. We understand your concern about the final total difference — that mostly comes from prescription lens customization, coatings, and other added options you selected, which change the price from the basic frame cost.
