Le site est facile à utiliser et les prix sont intéressants. Cependant cela fait 5 jours que j'ai commandé mes lunettes et le statut de ma commande n'évolue pas sur le site. J'ai envoyé un message et je n'ai pas de réponse pour l'instant. Il faut compter un long délai de production et de livraison. Ne pas être pressé ! Nous sommes le 10 avril je n'ai toujours pas reçu ma commande du 24 mars.

I placed my order nearly three weeks ago, and I haven’t received any updates since. The website claims that my package has been shipped, but there’s no way to track it. This lack of communication is very disappointing. UPDATE: November 21, 2024 This is so frustrating. I find it very disappointing that the communication is downright awful. They ignored my email regarding my order, only to receive a separate email asking if I had questions about it. To reiterate, I need to know the status of my package. My order number is #AOUS163545. I have been waiting for almost three weeks without any updates or tracking information, which is unacceptable. UPDATE: I finally received my package on December 20, 2024. I honestly love the frames and the quality is really good. They just really need to fix their miscommunication issues because I honestly thought that I was being scammed. Other than that great glasses!

The quality of the products is great, and the ordering process was fine. My partial refund was processed promptly after I returned the items. I paid for postage back to CA, and the lens cost was not included in the refund. The low review is due to the fact that the communication i received during the process was not good. There's a way to talk to frustrated customers, and this wasn't it.

Beaucoup de retard sur la livraison de ma commande j ai du faire plusieurs ticket mais j ai eu un petit dedomagement et j ai fini par recevoir ma commande.
