Love the frame choices but hated not being able to talk to customer service. I have been trying to sort out how to navigate your purchase system. I could have been able to complete this sale 3 days ago if I had been able to talk to a real live human instead of a bot.

We apologize for all the inconvenience you were caused. We'd love to get this issue straightened out for you. Could you please offer us your order number or the name/email you used to place the order? So I can find your order and assist you better. Thanks.

Ordered 08/28, finally received 11/07. The original pair arrived in the USA on 09/23 with insufficient postage, but later seized by US Postal for having counterfeit postage. After a week of messaging with Customer Service, they said they would send another pair which finally arrived today. To be fair, the pair I received do seem to be sturdy, but I don't need the hassle with shipping and won't be ordering from them again.

I got my glasses yesterday 6/2/20025 I'm very disappointed! The bifocal, are different sizes and the frame sits lopsided I'm afraid to mail them back to get them fixed. It took forever for me to receive them I probably will not order from this company again 🙃
