Customer service is very supportive. I gave it 4 stars because it is impossible to reach them via their listed phone number. Also, online support is available in the very early AM hours. If you live in EST time zone, you’re most likely asleep when they reply to your messages. Aside from this, they were very helpful with my requests and in a very timely manner.
