The glasses I ordered have been great. The exception is the first pair I purchased. The prescription was incorrect. I returned them as instructed and never received them back or heard any more about it. They are still not fixed and returned. That is not good.

There's a lot of choices, but I have a very small face and there are no cute frames for my tiny face but I continue ordering because the frames are so cute.

Great options and overall easy to maneuver through the site. In addition no brick and mortar, can beat their prices. My purchae was over $69, but they still charged me for delivery even though it should hve been free. Very disappointing! Lastly there is a toll free number I called 7x, it rings 2 times, then disconnects the call. This was not disappointing, this was disturbing! So, I wait for my glasses and pray all will be well upon arrival.
