Dieser Shop für Brillen muss asiatische Länder sein,ich versuche seit der Bestellung am 19.07. Die Bestellung zu stornieren die reagieren nicht Telefon Nummer ist Fake !!! Vorsicht gut das ich per Paypal bezahlt habe, trotzdem ärgerlich da ich 7.tage warten muss bis ich Fall eröffnen kann kann nur ab raten da zu bestellen Vorsicht

Neue Bewertung zu AOOLIA! Die positiven Bewertungen scheinen gekauft zu sein- oder die Käufer hatten einfach Glück! Mir geht es wie allen Käufern, die eine 1 Stern Bewertung abgegeben haben: Dioptrinwerte wurden vertauscht oder einfach nicht beachtet. Es wird gesagt "mein Problem- ich hätte diese Werte angegeben", dies entspricht allerdings nicht der Wahrheit! Es wurde ein 3€ Gutschein für meinen nächsten Kauf angeboten (wie lächerlich ist das bitte!? Als ob ich hier noch einmal kaufe!). Fall bei PayPal eröffnet- seit 2 Tagen nur dämliche Fragen und hin und her Geschreibe. Habe bereits mitgeteilt, dass ich keine Lust habe, Romane zu schreiben und ich eine volle Rückerstattung erwarte. Auch, dass ich diesen Fall nicht schließen werde, bis ich mein Geld zurück habe! Man könne mir lediglich das Gestell erstatten- aber den Rückversand muss ich selber tragen, dass wäre in den AGB's hinterlegt. Finger weg!!!

Erst Erfahrungsberichte lesen, dann nicht bestellen. Beworben werden günstige Brillengestelle und problemlose Rückgabe innerhalb 90 Tage ohne Angaben von Gründen. Fakt:es werden immer neue Fragen gestellt, Fotos angefordert und dann die Info (alles in englisch), ich soll die Brillengestelle zu meinen Kosten die USA schicken.... Scherz? Habe PayPal eingeschaltet. kenn die Firma ja schon. Mal sehen wie es weiter geht.

Schlecht einfach nur richtig schlecht. Gleitsichtbrille bestellt aber durch die sieht man alles verschwommen oder verformt dazu sind die Bügel soo verbogen das die Brille garantiert imner schief sitzt. Ok, Service mehrfach kontaktiert wegen Rücksendung weil man keine Adresse zum zurückschicken hatt. Wie war das Rückgaberecht und so. Nicht mal über PayPal haben die sich gemeldet. Warte jetzt schon 11 Tage auf Antwort. Die zocken wissentlich ab weil man ohne den Service zu Kontaktieren nix machen kann.

Never received my purchase I reported it to the company who then told me to get a letter from USPS which I did it has been almost a month now and Aoolia still has not resolved this issue . I have never had such a horrible experience from buying my glasses online but I also never previously purchased from Aoolia . I never will again and I plain on doing everything I can to get my money back or my purchase . Customer service here is absolutely horrible just unprofessional. AOOLIA IS NOW BEING REPORTED TO BBB AND I AM TAKING THEM TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT FOR FRAUD Follow up they would not refund me so they sent a coupon to replace the first order by half price I sent the money and now they won’t send that order they are offering to send back $5 even after I sent them a second payment for them to send the replacement order I never received. So now they have taken $66.80 first order I never got and $34.80 for the replacement that they won’t send out. This has been going on since May and it is almost August and I still do not have the purchase nor a refund. I plan on talking to a lawyer to take them to small claims court and report them to the BBB.

So I ordered 2 pair of glasses from Aoolia my big fingers miss typed my address by 1 digit. I didn't realize it until I checked tracking and it said they were delivered. I contacted Aoolia and they kept sending screenshots that they were delivered. Then I see the address. So I go ask my neighbor if they received them. This man tells me, Sherry, his wife didn't know what to do with them so she took them to her Mahjong club to give to anyone that needs them but they'll check to see if they are still there. WHO DOES THAT?! So Bill (neighbor) comes over today and says they weren't there. But they tried to contact the company and someone in the chat told them to keep them. I don't believe the LIES! So Aoolia offered me a $5 store credit. Now y'all know how often I order glasses and I have over 100 pairs of stylish frames. None from Aoolia. Even though I am at fault I won't be ordering from them with the $5 credit they offered, especiallybecause I spent $62. I'll continue giving my money to other companies with stylish frames. So if you need stylish, chic and fashionable frames shop with Zeelool and Vooglam.

This is the first time I have placed an order with you, I find it very unfair that I have to pay an extra fee when someone makes a mistake. In fact, I immediately checked the order and noticed it.
