A surprise change of events on my cruise
We added travel insurance to a recent cruise. Unfortunately, I got Covid on the ship and was treated and quarantined. We lost that last few days. Aon was so quick with the response. As soon as the health insurance provided their piece, Aon issued immediate reinbursement for the balance. It was efficient and much appreciated.
