Easy refund process = stress reduction
It was a very stressful time for us. We were so thankful for Aon! The refund process much easier than we expected. While we hope to never have to cancel a big trip again, we will absolutely get travel insurance through Aon for peace of mind.

Our recent claim was handled very efficiently. We were advised on what was needed, submitted the requirements and those were reviewed in a timely manner. We received our check within 10 days of submitting the claim!

I was able to file the claim easily
I was able to file the claim easily. I followed the instructions, turned in the Doctors form and the claim was approved and the refund was deposited back into our account very quickly.

Cancelled cruise refund
My claim was approved 2 days after submital and I had my refund one week later. Process was user friendly. I was very happy with the service.

Quick payment
The process to get a claim put in was relatively easy. Yes, I had to get all the paperwork together but once I submitted it, I was paid very quickly. Thank you for a great experience with trip insurance.
