Malgré un délais de livraison allongé, dû à un problème transporteur, j'ai réceptionné une batterie commande via leur site. Cette batterie, selon l'installateur, est conforme aux exigences de la marque ASUS J'ai été agréablement surpris de la réactivité du service client face aux nombreux mails que je leur ai adressés concernant le retard de livraison. Un deuxième envoi à été programmé par aolstelle et le délai de livraison (2 jours ) à réglé ce litige. Batterie réceptionnée, installée et opérationnelle. Je recommande ce site marchand, sans aucune hésitation
