When a battery remains unused without charging for months or years, the internal cells can enter a deep discharge state, which may result in permanent failure. You purchased this battery in April 2023, and the warranty period is 1 year. Since the battery is now beyond the warranty period and its performance has been affected by long-term disuse, we are unfortunately unable to provide a free replacement. To help maintain battery health, we recommend charging the battery every 2–3 months if the device will not be in use for an extended period. Thank you for your understanding.
