Dear customer, We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your disappointment. We would like to clarify that your original order was placed in April 2025. After the first battery failed approximately six months later, we provided a free replacement battery under our 12-month warranty policy. Unfortunately, the replacement battery also developed an issue after further use. According to our warranty terms, the warranty period is calculated from the original purchase date rather than restarting with a replacement unit. As the first battery was already beyond the 12-month warranty period when the second issue occurred, we were unable to provide another free replacement. We understand this may not have been the outcome you hoped for, but we must apply the same warranty policy consistently for all customers. We would also like to mention that lithium-ion batteries are consumable components, and their lifespan can vary depending on usage habits, charging cycles, operating conditions, and other factors. While we always aim to provide reliable and long-lasting batteries, the exact lifespan can differ from one device and user to another. Dear Customer, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. When you reported the swollen battery, approximately ten months had passed since the original purchase, and the order was approaching the end of its one-year warranty period. We therefore arranged a replacement after the required shipping fee was paid. Please note that the warranty period is calculated from the original purchase date and does not restart when a replacement is provided. Under our warranty policy, we normally do not provide a second replacement for the same order. Therefore, we offered a 30% refund as the available resolution. We will also refund the shipping fee you paid for the replacement. We understand your disappointment and sincerely regret that the replacement battery did not meet your expectations.
