Esperienza terribile, ho rispettato il pagamento di 12 mensilità (nonostante abbia avuto un trasferimento lavorativo e non abbia potuto usufruire) e ad abbonamento scaduto pretendono che io paghi ancora 2 mesi. Sono giorni che scrivo al loro ufficio legale per PEC e non ricevo risposta (nonostante conferma di avvenuta consegna). Un servizio clienti TERRIBILE.

Horrendous customer service dare to charge me a late fee when your customer service is most horrendous terrible and incompetent idiots out there. Equipment is also never well maintained always rusty. The plates are also so insufficient they are always no where to be found.

Wat een onwaarschijnlijk slechte sportschool is AF vestiging Almere Stad Literatuurwijk. Zonder opgaaf van reden en zonder overleg zijn alle lessen gestopt. De trainers waar wij al heel lang mee trainen zijn per omgaande bedankt voor hun diensten, sommigen moesten op basis van geruchten er zelf achteraan om te horen dat ze nog 2 weken les kunnen geven en dan stopt het. Er is amper toezicht, de trainers zijn verdwenen, er komt af en toe iemand van een andere vestiging buurten, het is er smerig. ik zeg: verkoop die club alsjeblieft aan iemand met passie voor de sport en gevoel voor klanttevredenheid, want dit is zo’n baggertent geworden, echt vreselijk 😢

I joined anytime thinking that for 1 year there will be nothing to worry about now.. But I was wrong because for 3 days the trainers tell you what to do but at end of the 3rd day no one guides you.I was told a floor trainer will help you but that is misleading...one year fees is only for people who have knowledge about the equipments and not for new comers...really taken aback. Trust is important for a brand and you are taking it lightly

Oplichters en afpersers! Wat een vreselijke sportschool. Ik ben gestopt met sporten omdat ik zwanger was en heb dat aan de managers verteld, maar het blijkt dat ik moet betalen voor de maanden dat ik niet ben geweest. Ga niet naar deze sportschoolketen.

If you're thinking about joining Anytime Fitness be aware of all the hidden costs. My husband has been having mobility issues and has been in the hospital off and on for 7 weeks out of 10 weeks, when they released him we signed him up at anytime fitness, the advertising said $29.99 bi-weekly but that was for 12 months, we decided it would be best for him to go month to month because of his health issues, and having never belonged to a gym before, we weren't sure he could do it for long, so it was explained to us it would be $37.99 a month, plus tax $4.94 for a cost of bi-weekly $42.93, there was a initial sign up of $151.42 which included a $50.00+ deposit for the fob for the door, he cancelled his membership on May 2nd as he ended up back in hospital at the end of April and was having more mobility issues, so he was unable to keep going, now here is where you have to be careful (and before some of you jump on complaining about "public shaming" let me tell you, we have spoken to them in person about additional costs and no refund when you return the fob), here is a breakdown of what they charged in less than 1 month $151.42 April 9th, $32.77 April 15th (they said it was for upkeep on the gym, which was never mentioned when we joined, but is probably hidden somewhere in all the documentation), $42.93 Apr 23rd, $42.93 May 7th for a grand total of $270,05 to belong to the gym for less than one month. It was implied when we joined that the deposit for the key fob would be returned when we returned it, but that isn't the case, you're not making a deposit for the fob, you're buying it. Sadly I didn't google Anytime Fitness until after all these charges started showing up, and apparently this is something that a lot of people have a problem with, so be careful unless you want to spend a ridiculous amount a month, and make sure if you join you record the conversation. Oh and they took out the next month a week after we cancelled, something is wrong here 🙁
