Titolare assente. Vergognatevi

I never expected such a frustrating experience from Anytime Fitness. My membership was automatically transferred to another club, which resulted in a higher membership fee - 45% more expensive. I contacted Anytime Fitness as soon as I became aware of the transfer because I did not want my membership assigned to that club and asked for my concerns to be reviewed. Unfortunately, the response was disappointing. Instead of investigating my complaint, I was simply quoted sections of the membership agreement and referred back to the same club that I had made a formal complaint about. As a customer, that doesn't feel like an independent or fair complaints process. I have not attended that club for a long time, yet my membership remains assigned there. I have now requested my attendance records to understand why this is the case. Customer service should be about listening to customers and finding solutions, especially when concerns are raised about a specific club. Instead, I have felt ignored throughout the process. I hope Anytime Fitness reviews its complaint handling procedures and provides members with genuine support when issues arise.

Anytime fitness Letchworth are an absolute bunch of thieves, my son who has ADHD and other learning difficulties was a pay by the month member of this gym but had decided he didn't want to go any more. He phoned the gym and said he wanted to cancel his membership, which at the time was not a problem but fast forward a couple of staff changes later and a jumped up little micro manager called Lilly and there is no record of him cancelling his membership. Myself and his mother phoned and tried to explain to silly Lilly that the membership had been cancelled but she would not listen and instead threatened us with a debt collection agency. After giving up on getting any sensible answer out of silly Lilly I decided to phone their head office number and guess what the number is a dead line in Maidenhead UK. This so called gym is nothing but a big money laundering scam. Silly Lilly who looks like she has never touched a piece of Gym equipment in her life Is nothing but a spiteful little bully who likes to pick on disabled people and hopefully her career will be a short one.

All I wanted to do is see what they offered in their facility. I get in the door and talk to the lady at the front desk (who appeared to be doing nothing at her desk) and she said I had to make an appointment. Her exact words were “its like buying a car”. Well….they certainly made it that difficult and made me feel like I would be dealing with a car salesman. No sale. Storm Lake, IA location.

Original cancellation was sent in writing on 11th March 2026. Was given the run around (not using the facility) until 29th April when I went in and signed their 'necessary paperwork' to cancel the subscription. Given more of the run around and here I am 25/6/26 still being debited by Anytime Fitness. Wouldn't recommend getting into any sort of subscription with them as they clearly are not about health and fitness or about being good people. Disgusting behaviour from a business.

Anytime Fitness St Paul’s cathedral. The staff was late, awful, and absolutely rude. The place was extremely cold even if there were 15C degrees outside. Not enough weight machines. I had arrived when there was no one. The lady was late, and the other lady almost threw the door at me because she was rushing in the room. I asked for a towel and to turn the AC up. They didn’t give me the towel, and put up the AC even if hey said they would, they actually made it colder. I had to wear a scarf and put it around the head not to get sick. Do not go to this gym. Rude staff, and not enough machines to be in Central London.

Website offer never works and they don’t honour the discount tell me that it won’t be the same discount again this year which is a lie trying to make me sign up to a worse offer. Anytime fitness Ilkeston
