Would give 0 stars if I could. Absolute crooks. Before joining they told me it was a 3 month contract which I was fine with. Tell me why after this time period they are refusing to cancel my membership claiming that they only offer 1 year memberships. After going back and forth over emails for a week and a half they suggest that they can pause my membership for 3 months but can only do so after the NEXT payment made (which, may I add, they had prolonged the email replies so that they could only offer this 2 days before my next payment). My friend was interested in starting a membership with them so I warned them that they only provide 1 year contracts. He called them up to question it and was told that they do in fact provide 3 month contracts. He let me know and I was livid. He was able to cancel the direct debit from my banking app which I am grateful for. I don’t know if they’ll have the nerve to contact me about it after seeing these poor reviews but if they do, they shan’t be hearing back!!

En de medewerkers zijn niet professioneel wat je wel zou verwachten van een sportschool. Haast niemand ruimt de gewichten op de mensen die het gebruiken of de instructeurs zelf niet want dan zouden zij toch het goede voorbeeld moeten geven en mensen erop aanspreken Erg veel spijt dat ik daar een abonnement heb afgesloten. De tijd maar uitzitten en dan verder naar een ander sportschool

Geld klopperij! En geen fatsoenlijke begeleiding Ook is opzeggen zonder kosten (of direct) niet mogelijk pas op !

I am the most recent victim of Anytime Fitness. They advertised the FREE 7 DAY TRIAL. But when you try to redeem the free 7 day trial they say it is canceled BUT THEY HAVE A GOOD DEAL FOR YOU. So creepy and criminal. Don't give them your business.

Anytime fitness in Munster Indiana are scumbags. I moved from there over 3 years ago and mailed them my cancelation using their forms from their website just like they asked Me To. They refuse to refund my money. Then they sent their scumbag collection agency ABC financial after me I told them the same. Stay away from this trash

Scam Its wrote on their website if you cancel the membership in the cooling off period you get refunded any costs but they charge you a months membership. Stay away. No contract gyms are far better.

This not a gym chain. This a criminal organization. I signed up for 6 months. Used the gym for 4 months due to lockdown and gym being shut. Ended up paying for 12 months. Yet, they are still chasing me and sending me threats for more money.....

Poor ..ripping customers..the authorities need to take actions..against them..as ripping customers..my direct debit reinstated without my permission.. Try to contact several times..emails.. msgs..no response.. CHADWELL HEATH BRANCH..Will never never never encourage anyone to join them...
