Doordat ik een chronische blessure heb, is sporten nu onmogelijk. Zoals afgesproken wordt het account op hold gezed. Wat niet stop gezet wordt is de betaling. Die gaat gewoon door. De automatische incasso stop gezet en nu volgende dreigende de sms-jes. Ze zijn op geen enkele manier te bereiken. Wat een organisatie

They would change the amount they charged me every month, then charged me twice in one month which made me call to cancel, they literally didn't cancel it. Then a few months later I found out they didnt cancel and all of a sudden I owe 700ish dollars. So I called about it and they literally act like I didn't people like them shouldnt have this power it disgusts me

I joined anytime fitness in April, the week I joined my gym partner went away for 2 weeks holiday, so I didn’t and haven’t used the gym at all, as we would train early in the morning and didn’t want to train on my own at the start. So I took to running in my own time and discovered great discomfort and pain in my right leg. I have visited the doctors and I’ve now been referred to a vascular specialist, this is now under investigation to see what is giving my the problem. I alerted Anytime fitness straight away and asked to cancel my month old membership due to this problem (still haven’t used there facilities) I was told flat no and that I had to provide evidence ie : a doctors note, I provided this at the earliest opportunity. And to my surprise I got a flat no I can’t cancel again even though I’ve provided evidence from my gp that I can’t train and that he supports my gym membership being cancelled. I’ve sent plenty of emails and most have been ignored. What I feel is this company just want your money they don’t care of your health or well being. I’ve written them a formal letter stating that I want the membership cancelled immediately and am awaiting reply which if I don’t get then I will be going to trading standards. Money grabbing crooks.

Je wordt niet correct op de hoogte gesteld van de voorwaarden en betaald voor een dure sleutel die je verplicht wordt te houden. Geen borg, het blijkt een aankoop. Personeel weet niks van de regels dus je komt er ook voor niks als je wat wilt vragen. Daarnaast zijn de douches niet schoon en ligt er in de sportschool stof op de plekken die niet op oogniveau zijn. Positief puntje, de medewerkers op de locatie helpen graag en dat werkt goed zo lang het over sporten gaat. De manager is een ander verhaal die heb ik nooit gezien.

Een hele dure sportschool maar weinig bieden. Onvriendelijker werknemers en apparaten deugen niet. Apparaten staan maanden stuk al beschadig.

Despite their claim of being open 24 hours, they do not provide access to customers who are not on long-term plans after 9PM, which is ridiculous. As someone who uses Fitprime for single sessions and short-term use, I was only allowed in before 9PM. Today, I arrived at the gym at 8:30PM, and obviously the staff wanted to leave at 9PM so they told me that I just have 30 minutes to work out. When I questioned this policy, I was told that there is no surveillance after 9PM and that people like me who are not on long-term plans may do something to the detriment of the gym when staff are not there. This is a huge insult to people like me who choose not to commit to a long-term plan. I have been to other 24-hour open gyms and have never encountered such a policy. At those gyms, customers can enter before staff leave, but can exit anytime they like without any issues. Despite my negative experience, I do have to go back to the gym for the remaining month of my plan. However, I hope they reconsider their policies and treat all customers equally, regardless of their subscription plans. Oggi sono arrivato in palestra alle 20:30, e ovviamente lo staff voleva andarsene alle 21:00 quindi mi hanno detto che ci sono solo 30 minuti per allenarmi. Quando ho contestato questa politica, mi è stato detto che non c'è sorveglianza dopo le 21:00 e che persone come me che non hanno un piano a lungo termine potrebbero fare qualcosa che danneggia la palestra quando non ci sono i dipendenti. Questo è un enorme insulto per le persone come me che scelgono di non impegnarsi in un piano a lungo termine. Sono stato in altre palestre aperte 24 ore su 24 e non ho mai incontrato una tale politica. In quelle palestre, i clienti possono entrare prima che il personale lasci, ma possono uscire quando vogliono senza problemi. Nonostante la mia esperienza negativa, devo tornare in palestra per il resto del mio piano. Tuttavia, spero che riconsiderino le loro politiche e trattino tutti i clienti allo stesso modo, indipendentemente dai loro piani di abbonamento.

I Do Not Recommend This Gym At All! Business Center LN In Kissimmee FL The WORST!! The Bathrooms Are Never Clean And Staff Very Unprofessional and Rude! The Worst Fitness I Have Ever Been Too And I Heard One Of The Staffs Using The N Word Also!! A Very Toxic Environment That I Think Should Be Shut Down Immediately!! Please Close Down This GYM As Soon As Possible!! I Have Also Seen Roaches Scattered Around! This Is No Place To Workout I'll Tell You That NOW!!
