Anytime Fitness, if I may, holds the record for THE worst member support, membership contract restrictions, and cost to quality ratio I have ever experienced from a gym. The owner will always have a smile on their face but DO NOT let it fool you. Depending on where you sign up, the owner of the branch will go to lengths as to LIE to you just to gain a paycheque from your contract with the gym. They will cover up the negative details of the contract by making small talk about how wonderful the gym is as much as possible before and during your signage. Once you sign, you get full access to see what kind of horror you have just registered for and there’s no going back. Once you’re in, they make it a living hell for you to get out. I regret my decision with this gym, but whats worse is knowing that my money is going to people who enjoy taking advantage of people who simply want to better their health. If you’re considering getting a membership at Anytime Fitness, please reconsider, there are plenty of better options trust me.

You cannot cancel membership & when you try to get out it's a 700+ fee from a collection agency plus a loss of credit rating. On top of that the contract renewal process is geared towards Anytime Fitness sometimes in your future getting a 700+ collection fee plus a bad credit rating. Do not do business with this company.

Gym is opzich prima, beetje weinig keuze aan apparaten. ”instructeurs” die er rondlopen zijn meer met elkaar en hun telefoon bezig. Niet echt een probleem als je weet wat je komt doen. Samen met mijn vrouw was ik lid voor een aantal jaar, bij het open houden van de deur voor mijn vrouw kreeg ik direct een dreigend mail over boetes en opzeggen lidmaatschap vrij onbeschoft. Tijdens corona bedelen om door te betalen om ze zo door moeilijk tijd te helpen. Nu gaan mijn vrouw en ik verhuizen, dus willen we per 01-07 lidmaatschap opzeggen, echter was de club dicht ivm verbouwing, besloten even langs te lopen maandag 03-07 om op te zeggen, helaas Anytime fitness hanteert een volledige kalendermaand opzeggingstermijn dus we mogen augustus ook nog doorbetalen. Dus prima om er te sporten maar verwacht geen menselijke behandeling of enige flexibiliteit of medeleven als je vragen hebt of wijzigingen wilt doorvoeren aan je abonnement. En let op, je betaald borg voor je sleutel, maar bij opzegging kan je hem niet inleveren je word geadviseerd hem op marktplaats te zetten… Wij gaan in ieder geval niet meer terug naar anytime fitness en dat zou ik dan ook niemand aanraden.

Zeer teleurgesteld in anytime fitness Voorburg. Er staat op de website dat er mensen overdag aanwezig zijn, wat niet zo is. Er hoort doordeweeks van 9 tot 21 uu personeel aanwezig te zijn? Vandaag wilde ik proefsporten, ik keek er naar uit om met mijn vriend lid te worden hier en degene met wie ik had afgesproken was er gewoon niet, omdat ik ietjes later was. Niet gebeld niks. Vervolgens geef ik aan de telefoon aan dar ik hier niet blij mee ben en wordt het gesprek gewoon afgekapt. Dus ben ik voor niks met mijn vriend gekomen en stond ik voor een dichte deur. Hoe kan dit? Nu maar een andere sportschool weer zoeken. Jammer.

Tread carefully before signing up and read all reviews. There is a recurring theme in the reviews having to do with cancellation of membership that I myself also experienced. The manager is a fast talking car salesman who pushes expensive contracts that you will have to fight to get out of for whatever reason. This club is very expensive and rather small. The manager can be a hothead who is difficult to deal with. Even now, after cancelling our memberships we have key fobs which cost us $80 each, that I'm sure have been deactivated but not refunded. There are better, less expensive gyms. Join AF at your peril.

Anytime fitness is a fraud company . I am a member of anytime fitness mayur vihar since Feb 2023 and on the name of renovation they closed the space. Now since 5th May they are saying that they are trying to change their venue, but nothing has come. We contacted the head office,they said that the gym is operated by an individual. So if they are not involved how can such a big scam happening. I would request the anytime fitness authority and the reviewers to please be sure and only then doo any commitment. #anytimefitnessmayurviha#fraud #help
