How many times do you have to cancel to be cancelled, it is almost impossible and then there off the the lawyers, how can any decent lawyer act for these scamming Richard craniums!!!!!!!

I had a mixed experience with Anytime Fitness. While I appreciate the convenience and quality of the gym itself, I must express my frustration with their billing system. It raised some serious red flags for me. Firstly, their customer service being limited to email felt sketchy. I encountered constant issues with my biweekly fees, and they consistently blamed my card for the problem. Oddly enough, their system always managed to deduct $24, which included the $5 membership fee plus late fees, but struggled to take just the $5. It left me feeling like their billing practices were questionable and designed to put the blame on members. Despite this, I believe the gym itself is good, but their billing process needs serious improvement.

I had an arrears amount with Anytime Fitness Durbanville, I've been going through a divorce and was ill so I was behind on everything, so when I asked Anytime Fitness to send me an updated link to make a payment (the link they had sent previously was not working), Heinrich told me he would send it, Heinrich did not send this link. When I tell you I got a Whatsapp from him saying it's the "last time" he's going to contact me about this, I was shocked. His response was that he had sent it to me "many times" that month, completely ignoring the fact that their link does not work. He also told me that I was ignoring their messages, I don't know where "amp up the antagonism when a client is in arrears" is written in Anytime Fitness' customer care manual, but it's not translating well. I asked him again when he had sent the updated link and he just refuses to answer, because he can't apologise for not sending the updated link, because Heinrich thinks it's okay to communicate in this manner as an agent of Anytime Fitness. And when he eventually just sent a new link he told me to "let me know when it's done". No please, no thank you, because apparently I work for Anytime Fitness Durbanville and should take their orders. The kicker is that the link still doesn't work. So he sent banking details...I'm just going to cancel.

Anytime gym Dun Laoghaire very bad staffs they should go for training to learning how treat the people is the second time the same staff threat me , I’ve been in 3 different anytime gym before in anywhere the staffs have this type of aggressive approach I’ve never seen the male staffs from here treat another male the way they treat a female . Today the African man threat me saying that I’ll be prohibit to come in the gym in case I don’t follow the rules and the biggest thing was because I tried enter when the door was opened !!!!! He already follow me before inside the gym until the toilet and was waiting for me outside that episode isn’t the first time this type of aggressive approach happen before if some day I’ll be prohibited to come in Dun Laoghaire gym because that man threat I’m gonna to Garda and find a solicitor !!!! Next time I come in this gym I’ll make a video because he was so far from me and he told me “you’re pointing your finger on my face “ please can we go to watch the camera ? I’m so excited for that !!!!

Anytime fitness hire people to be asses. Do not go to any anytime fitness. All management says you can go to any anytime fitness but in reality you can’t and shouldn’t cause they then can have you running around going to every gym you went to and ask everybody if they can cancel you. They all are liars. And in the end they make you mad and never cancel. They also don’t say you have a contract, it is contract not a cancel anytime contract

Anytime fitness, capitol commons, Pasig. Called, emailed 3 times. Facebook messaged multiple times. Contact form twice. They won't cancel my membership. Absolutely avoid this branch at all costs. Anytime fitness has lost my respect as they continue to be a drain on my account

Absolutely terrible gym with horrible customer service they are scammers!!!!!
